Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced production professional to lead foundry operations involving SG Iron and CI castings. The role requires strong knowledge of melting, moulding, core making and machining processes, along with the ability to manage teams, improve productivity, and ensure consistent product quality as per global standards.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Oversee daily production activities in melting, moulding, core shop, and machining sections.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor process parameters to ensure compliance with ISO / IATF quality standards.
  • Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth operations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce rejection.
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S practices across the shop floor.
Qualification :
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SG Iron / CI casting foundry operations.
  • Experience in DISA moulding line / Induction furnace / Heat treatment preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems will be an advantage.

Job Description :

We are looking for a quality assurance professional with experience in SG Iron / CI casting to ensure compliance with customer specifications and international quality standards. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation and coordination with production to maintain consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspection as per quality plans.
  • Maintain documentation as per ISO / IATF quality systems.
  • Monitor rejection, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Handle customer inspection, audits, and quality complaints.
  • Coordinate with production for process improvement and defect control.
  • Maintain test reports, heat records, and dimensional reports.
Qualification :
  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production.
  • 5–8 years experience in foundry / casting quality.
  • Knowledge of spectrometer, sand testing, hardness, UT, dimensional inspection preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems required.

We are looking for a costing professional with experience in manufacturing or foundry industry to prepare accurate product costing, analyse production expenses, and support quotation preparation for domestic and export customers.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Prepare product costing for SG Iron / CI castings and machined components.
  • Analyse raw material, labour, machining, and overhead costs.
  • Support sales team in quotation and price calculation.
  • Monitor cost variation and suggest cost-reduction measures.
  • Maintain costing records and reports.
  • Coordinate with production, purchase, and finance departments.
Qualification :
  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
  • 5–10 years experience in manufacturing / foundry costing.
  • Knowledge of casting process and machining cost preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Excel / ERP / costing software.
Required Skills :
